ammo, IMO it's a myth that certain indicator settings "work" or "don't work" from market to market and timeframe to timeframe.... From my experience MACD setups are exactly the same on 1min as on 1 week charts.... What really needs to be trained is a trader's mind to see what indicator... -

Will, Seems like it's because inside the down channels real PA was during the retracements and thrusts in direction of the trend were in a form of gaps... At least that's what I see from your posted chart. -
