Wow, Did you check RS/EPS Rank? Cuz in Telechart, all 3 have rankings <25 for both parameters. Granted, they cycle, but I don't think these are good choices to add, IMHO.

Additions to FU: Using Telechart, and the usual parameters - price, avg volume, float, their RS Rank > 80 (compares to SP-500), EPS Rank >80(change for last Q), insider, institutional, positive earnings: ARGN, LXU, VCGH Using Stocktables, >90 RS and >80 EPS, as noted in the journals...

Keep pushing forward. I've been able to spend the last 6 months doing this, and it's all coming together. When you feel comfortable, I would recommend annotating futures along with the gang here. It has seemed to help me with my stock trading - it gets your mind "trained" to see changes much...

And you shouldn't, they aren't armed to protect YOU. Besides, most guns, when used for self protection, are not used in the home to prevent home invasions, etc, but out in public. If you want to feel safer at home, get a good alarm. Or a Doberman.

FWIW, a lot of my Gaus look like dogcrap, due to the volume drops around the holidays. Still haven't sorted that all out yet. Taking a little longer view at volume trends seems to help.

Try Quotetracker for your futures trading. The PRV tool is invaluable IMHO. But for Qcharts, there is a subscription you need to sign up for. Globex? EcBot? I forget...

FWIW- VSR has a nice chart, but when I see that avg volume has slipped all the way 75k, I'm hesitant to take some. Maybe a 1/2 position. HMIN is in a downtrend so I'd only take a 1/2 position also. Or maybe just day trade it for a 2-3 % pop if I catch it, but prolly no over night holds...

LOL- my trade and thoughts on this is a virtual carbon copy. Low volume yesterday am, so I bailed about 10:30ish for 5%. However, I rebought 2:30 ish at 13.14, now up 4%.
