On a side note... CAT had 3 knocks at a 61.8% @83.60 area...Which tends to favour some kind of B wave?? 78.70 area would be the natural MM target for the C.... incorrect above 83.65.... 120min CAT.. :)

Wave C of that possable larger Y could be morphing into an ED... Here's a 15min ES chart of the possable pattern...:)

Speaking of Alt's..... GLD is looking a bit more promicing for the bulls...? Prechter has gone bearish on Gold and Siver which is usually a bad sign for the Bears.....:D

That 98.68 area is key on USO for the ED wave i... If it get much past that, then the ALt 1,2 count comes into play :)....

Alt MOB comes in around 1396.5 on the Globex with a 50% around 1397... As usual ,if it can hold the alt we can expect higher prices if not then 1368 could be on the cards.... 120min Globex :)

GLD is an interesting Chart... Its coming upto a larger degree Alt at $83.10 with a 38.2%. So its a key MOB point. If it can hold its Alt into 38.2% it means a wave (4) so we can expect a new high... If carn't then 79.15 is the next TA point on the lesser MM... See what you think...

Most of the European bourses being closed combined the Euro's extended move down today might have something to do with it....

Just gone 1:1 into a 61.8 on the ES So it will be interesting to see what kind of reaction we get.. The Euro break down is clear helping the bulls at the moment... 5 min ES :)

If it can hold a pull back to the 582-581 (61.8 & 78.6) its bullish.. :) If not it means the pattern becomes a flat with downside target around 9 bucks to the 576 area..:)
