Stop moved to 700 on the 685.5 add.

Markets don't move in a straight line. Based on my volatility model, the move so far this year is equivalent to nearly 5.35 months in just 2 months!!! While I still believe 585 is possible this year, IMO, it won't happen till earnings season starts in the next 4 weeks or so which should also...

This is the fourth day in a row SPY closes near the low (based in TR and RTH). There has been only 2 other instances that the market accomplished this in the past 4 years!!

Notice the extreme oversold conditions on the weekly chart courtesy of (StockCharts.com). If you're a BB fan, the weekly bar is near the lower end of a very very wide BB.

Stop moved to 700. I'll be trailing it with a 5 point stop from this point on.

The bears are not getting a lot of help from their bear friends, so they're staring each others in the eye waiting for the first one to blink and they're quite nervous. The thrust from 691.25 to 702.75 showed their hand IMO. 680's is still possible for today before a mini squeeze.

Long 692.75 again, targeting 705.5, and why not add some more in the 680's.

Out at 701.25 . I'll pass on that target for now. :)

Nice charts Bigpipin. I used to run Ensign in the late 90's. They seem to have come a long way.

This market hasn't experienced a fat finger since January '08. What, is everyone on a diet or something?
