    What is the best way to hedge a long SPY position against a future market crash?

    Going 50/50 on SPY/TLT won't help. SPY puts are expensive. Stop loss orders cause $$$ loss due to head-fakes and flash crashes that recover quickly. Selling covered calls doesn't bring much protection. What are some other ideas?

    Shake Shack ($SHAK) is finally seeing the light as shares are up 20% from the bottom. Stocks like SHAK don't perform well in a horrible market like this but long term the future is bright.

    The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 16449 on 2/1/16, as the stock market dropped in the morning and then rebounded into the close. The S&P 500 is trading near 1940 despite oil plunging on Monday. If oil rebounds this week, the stock market will go up even more.
