closing some out here at 1517... letting the rest run see if they can take out those 20 stops.. edit: not filled at 17 had to take 1516.50 looks like they got the trades who buy trendline breaks... damnit probably taking it to a new low... holding position but tightening up stop

finally got my long position on from 1513.25 long nq, es and ym for a retest of highs and trailing stops for higher... could be wrong but nice odds and good r:r here

I have stats on about 3,000 of these situtations and its about 70% so take it for what its worth :) Sure is having trouble though..

I am getting interested in a long if we can make one mofre low into 1512.50 area... but may not get it.... I advise taking some off here.. 70% probability we go to one more high

Just on update on the canadian dollar. I was looking for a possible entry again today after being stopped out last night but never got it. It is off to the races and has negated all my zones. Therefore I will take my stop as I intended to and will look elsewhere for high prob. trades.

I have to agree my intraday oppurtunities have been great the past week or 2. Chop is fine with me as long as volume remains.

I have a question, but look at it more as blunt advice. What is your edge? When you can answer this and believe in it then you will not need answers.... you mention H&S, trendline break etc.... you need to know your odds of success after taking 3,000 of those trades before coming to...

I am now short the canadian dollar on the 60min reversal bar entry at 1.0717 stop above the high first target 1.0325 stop approximately 30 pips target approximately 400+ markets are choppy at tops so this trade may need a reentry will be pyramiding with more confirmation.

I am going to have to give it a C because... Some of my setups are similar and I dont want to be competing for fills.... :)

Thought I would post some analysis on the canadian dollar. I dont trade tops very often... but when things are lining up like this it really puts the odds in your favour. Some of my best trades have come from trading tops... as most of you know I traded the feb07 and july07 tops through this...

moving it down again to 1509.50

moving stop down to 1513.25 locking in profits
