The greed of all these companies is mind boggling. Nothing like issuing a bunch of sub prime paper at the top of a multi year real estate cycle. Don't worry Griff or Warren Jr as I like to call him is ready to give you $.05 on the dollar, which is probably too generous. When your grandma is...

This is typical of what is going on, better to be on the sidelines then get hit with a sledge hammer. http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/e-trades-shares-cut-nearly-half/story.aspx?guid=%7B2FE9802B%2DA85A%2D4674%2DA43C%2DC3F1FE6980AC%7D&siteid=yhoof

Not buying this rally, currencies are wild with the yen down big again. Make sure you adjust your position size for the greater volatility. Good trading. :)

    I'm done trading. I FAILED

I meant to post this in another thread; very pertinent to the latest price action, bottom line when volatility spikes reduce position size. http://traderfeed.blogspot.com/2007/11/stock-market-volatility-and-position.html

XLF- Financial Select Sector SPDR second most-heavily shorted security on the AMEX

I went long a little lower but made it back already, this thing got annihilated;I think somewhat unfairly, been buying it all the way down and expected to take some heat. We'll see what happens next week.
