BSAM, we have no problems reported with charting and I have 1 and 3 minute charts in front of me - no problem. Please send me a picture of what you are referring to and the CHARTS.INI file.

version77, the changes from 3.7.6 to 3.7.6b are unrelated to IB, IQ, or backfill

BSAM - I know that IB has had issues with backfill the last couple days. Right now the backfill on US stocks only returns 1 day of data (current session) so gaps in previous days will not be filled. If that is what you are seeing, there is nothing we can do about it. I did report it to IB...

Both are good brokers. I would rather not comment on the comparison since I deal with both.

I assume you are looking for Tbond and T note kind of stuff, which IQFeed would carry - CBOT most likely is what you need, but check the symbol guide on IQFedd site to make sure...

TGM, yes, you can do that. The format would be EXCHANGE:.SYMBOL or .SYMBOL if you just want SMART route. For example: .QAAGY or AMEX:.QAAGY PHLX:.QAAGY

Frostengine, QuoteTracker does not allow for user built external plugins to control the charts, indicators, etc. Not 100% sure of the others, but I think AmiBroker has that capability.

Not sure what manner you are referring to. All I was basically trying to point out that you should judge based on the functionality, not the cost of the software.
