You can't. Hourly frequency would only be available on intraday charts (Historical charts are minimum of 1 day frequency). Intraday charts are max 10 days

I believe one of the the reasons for that is that the exchanges charge the data vendor a fixed monthly fee on top of the exchange fees paid by the users. The vendor's need to recoop that cost, and the futures fee is the way to do it
