CALLumbus, that is correst. iSM will only work with stocks & options. For futures, you would have to use TDA's TOS offerings

BC is the default backfill source and they changed their stuff so QT cannot get data from there anymore. If you switch to Yahoo, it should work

y, I thought of that too when they announced the new policy. That would be a really quick way to kill off that business line

iStockManager is for TDA only, though it can be used with delayed quotes without having to login. Other brokers have their own apps, but none that I've seen that are nearly as nice as iSM. Don't think there are any multi-broker accessible apps, though I have not looked recently.

there is no lookup. You should use the futures symbol as shown on Contract Description/SYMBOL column in TWS, prefixed with the exchange and an at sign (@) (@ means future symbol. Refer to the help page for other types of securities). The symbols shown on that help page are just examples.

What a load of crap. Nothing stops those people from trying to get a better job. and as far as healthcare, it shouldn't be the employer's job to provide it in the first place, AND the employees in question wouldn't have the healthcare coverage if WM was not there to give them the job anyway...

Garry, Don't know what you can do about it. I am not privy to TDA's plans for drawing down QT. As for having someone create something that mirrors QT using some other language, that is technically possible, but would be a big undertaking, and not one that I can participate in.

As far as virus still being there after restore, yes, that can happen. Try shutting down, resetting the master boot record, then doing a restore. You will need your Windows recovery disk or system disk in order to do the MBR reset. Do a google search for "Reset Master Boot Record" and the OS...

I see. Can't help there. Sorry. With brokers we support in QuoteTracker, though not fully automated, we could still make the tie between the broker and TI much tighter.
