I assume when you refer to April and May you mean data from the April or from the May contract. The thing is that once you merge the data, you don't have 2 different sets of data to even look at. You just have one continuous set of data, and the pivot point calc just looks at that - same as for...

This really shouldn't be a pivot calculation issue. Merging the data should be done before it is passed to the chart. Then the pivots should be calculated on whatever data the chart has. That way the pivot calculation will be totally independent of the data source or type.

What about RUSSELL:$RUI ?

TDW changed their site so the QT configuration file for it would need to be updated. That would be something that would have to be done by TD Ameritrade, so basically not going to happen. Sorry

Haroki, nothing changed with IB. Works fine with QT. I am connected to it right now. And if there was a problem, there would be far FAR more people complaining about it.

have you tried starting Firefox in safe mode? chances are that it is one of the add-ons that are causing the problem Go to Start > Run and type Firefox –safe-mode

with TDA as a backfill source, you should be getting 60 days backfill. And even without the patch, you should get 20 days, not 10. Are you able to set max # of days to be more than 20? If not, then you are not running the patch. Also, make sure that the backfill source is set to TDA on...

since the data is coming from BC, it should be the same. Try clearing the data on the chart and see if the dividend data will fill in. As for Yield, its not there (my mistake in the original reply). If I remember correctly, it was not a piece of data available in the raw data coming from BC.
