The performance package basically hinges on sales goals and growing market cap to 10x what it is now over 10 years (I might be fuzzy on some of this). If he grows stockholders equity 10X in 10 years he is worth that much money. This guy seems to drink the KoolAid also...

The parking lot of cars comments have been comical. Now the parking lot also has been seen with 8-10 car carriers at a time, multiple times per day. The parking lot= factory, where they build things. Quite American.
