with Micro Index futures and Options on it one can afford to do what one wanted to try on larger ES futures and ES Futures options! but was afraid... also perhaps they are a better alternative to playing/paying the test fees! hamster wheel! Yes there are Micro FX futures but no options on them yet

OK SO you are talking about "being hired by a prop firm without any capital contribution from you and in specific trading leveraged or non leveraged instruments out side India" This "position" could be either performance only or some salary + performance IF SO then This is purely outsourcing...

Are you talking about CFds Bid Ask spread or Spread between 2 CFds? also with CFDs you are most likely playing against the house and most probably if you are doing CFd against CFD you won;t get margin offset!

Although I agree with you in the field of OTC products like FX ( non exchange traded) there is always a ? about Conflict of interest depending upon the business model of the so called "broker" Look at frauds like FXCM US/ Refco Better perhaps to stick with FX futures and that too with UK...
