It says that each nite IB sweeps your cash into the securities portion of your Universal account so that it will be protected. If you have a Universal account but all you trade is futures, does this still apply?

Thanks for the idea db. It never occurred to me to use editing software. The ole brain aint what it used to be. Awile back I was pretty interested in video editing and have two programs with capture ability that should do the job quite nicely. Thanks again.

I play a lot of online poker. I dont play stud because I dont have a photographic memory and dont like being at a disadvantage to those people who can remember all the cards. I would like to be able to see each round in succession as it is played spread across my screens. I havent found anything...

Does any of the screen capture software allow you to take several captures in succession and keep them all on the screen? I want to be able to line up several snapshots on the screen shortly after taking them.

When I was using buttontrader in simulation mode I always bought at the bid and sold at the ask as that is how I was trading at the time. I got pretty aggravated because it was hard to get fills. When I went realtime I did not really notice much difference. I wish I had kept stats but I didnt.

I am using buttontrader. I used it in simulation mode for a couple of weeks before going realtime with it. I think its simulation mode is pretty close to reality. You might talk to Scientist. He says he is doing hi volume scalping with Buttontrader.

I relieve stress the oldfashioned way. I jump up and down, scream a lot, throw things, bang my head on the wall, etc. Works like a charm.

Pick up a copy of Tradersworld sometime and peruse the ads. People must buy this stuff or they would'nt put out the bucks for the ads. Admittedly this guy is a bit extreme but you have to give him an A for effort.
