You dont see many s/r lines on Jacks charts but he mentions them all the time so I know he monitors them. I track them constantly.

Not sure I understand your question. If your asking why I didnt reverse, I dont do reversals yet. Going with the trend is so ingrained that reversals are going to be tough for me. I do do one countertrend trade when it shows up. Will try to point it out next time it comes up.

Not sure which way its going from here but its been trying for almost ten minutes to break a predrawn trendline. How can that be?

We are approaching the right line again but I will be much more cautious about shorting now knowing that a lot of people will be reading this as strong support.

Exit left line. Ho hum. Grob and Mak are probably holding but I do not have their patience yet.

If you dont think channels give you great entries and exits you are not paying attention.:)

New channel

I imagine some of you are saying why get out with a point but if you look back a bit you see three points of support and can almost bet you will at least get a bounce there.

Bar four was inside bar but bar 5 gave nice short entry. Could have made a point. I am always in scalp mode only when we have a 10 oclock numbr coming out. Waiting for pts 2 and 3 of new trend.

One thing Ive found handy is a five minute timer. It keeps me aware of where I am in the bar at all times. Theres a neat one on Woodies site. First channel

IN MY EXPERIENCE CHANNELS ARE A VALUABLE TOOL. I COULD CARE LESS IF ANYONE ELSE USES THEM. PS. Snake oil comes up when somebody is charging something. That is not the case here.

Have you tried drawing channels for awhile? Have you studied what Jack has to say about FTT's. Have you studied what Jack has to say about volume at these points? I went through one of these reversals step by step, chart by chart earlier in this thread. That reversal happens over and over...

Unfortunately I have to leave for a bit. I am driving my rv down to relatives that have been affected by the hurricane. Back in a day or two. Happy trading all.
