How long did it take you to work out the details in the beginning? Most people here will not stick with anything long enough to find out whether it works or not.

It allows you to offset one of your overlays, but the beauty of the way Mak has it set up is the ease of tracking the relations by just glancing at the right edge. I was just getting into a groove on the sq/str with Maks little setup but the rollover has made things a bit more difficult again. Got to figure out a way to adjust. Maybe just physically moving the chart at synch to line up the neutral value each day?

I will vouch for Buttontraders realistic simulation features. I often use it to practice new twists to my trading and find very little difference between simulated and actual fills. I am a huge fan.

Of course the channels would have put you in a couple of points earlier:D

This was a really nice example of the 2min YM giving you an entry on this little pullback if you werent already in. Volume on the pullback drys up and when volume breaks above that du bar you know to go.

If I didnt think this was possible I wouldnt be trying to learn Jacks methods. My objection was in making it sound easy. You found some problems when you attempted the 30 min. bars and you will find even more trying to trade the bands but I wish you the best in your endeavour.

OK. Please tell me where to place the stops and how wide they should be. Do you enter on a touch of the upper/lower band? When do you exit? If these are already noted in past posts I will be happy to go back and find them.

The book has been written but not published. Its a bit difficult to read as there is no table of contents or index :) edit: actually I guess it has been published in the broadest sense of the term.
