Crap, I thought that was going to happen. When the TICK opens bullish (+600), usually the pullbacks are to the 0 line at best.

To me that would be more of a guess, even if it does work. The TICK is actually trending downward right now, so I need some sort of breakout confirmation, and then I'll buy the pullback. A cheeseburger sounds pretty good right about now!

If I catch any of this afternoon grind, it will be from waiting for a new high, and then buying the 50% retracement from 74.75's to whatever the new high is. Aside from that, just hanging tight and getting huuuuuuungry :)

Sorry, no. I always buy low TICKs and sell high TICKs. If the TICK is closing above +600 I am looking to buy any low TICK readings.

It's a tough nut to crack, and I struggle with it too. A lot of times my entries come when the TICK is either testing 0 or testing either -600 or +600. Sometimes I will get in on a test of the 0 line, and then realize that it's going to push further to either +/- 600. As long as the condition...
