    A good option broker..

Check out Thinkorswim or OptionsXpress. Thinkorswim's real power lies in their desktop platform, but their web-based one is good as well, and you can't beat their support. Also, check out Broker reviews.

    IV for each maturity

In TOS you can see the margin requirement for each position you hold, I would think the same could be seen in IB, but I'm an IB customer so I don't know.

    IV for each maturity

Just checked with TOS, as I said, you can plot individual option's IV, but not a particular month's index.

what brokerage firm/software are you using for scalping?

Got it fixed. Depth is so far available on ES, NQ and GE, but more is coming. And as it has been mentioned above, you can go to setup to enable "Auto send with shift click" which bypasses all the screens...just hold shift and click on the bid/ask.

    IV for each maturity

You can plot individual option's implied volatility in TOS. Not sure if you can plot the individual month's IV, never seen this feature, but it would best to check with them to see if there's a way to do that. I'll see what I can find out and post back.

what brokerage firm/software are you using for scalping?

The only depth I see is for stocks, not futures. And I didn't get the release notes, not even in spam.
