TOS - how do I get greeks at the time of a trade?

I don't think there is a way, unless you know the underlying price and volatility at which you traded, then you can use the analyze tab to get the greeks.

    SPY 90 Put

You'll be assigned at expiration, which is today or to be more exact tomorrow. You should search ET and Google for "early option exercise" just so you understand why and when options are exercised early.

    tradestation v. tos

I have looked into Platinum and Optionvue, but based on my requirements I find them overpriced so, obviously, I've never used either one. However, this is the whole point of my intial response and the response of others, my requirements may be completely different from yours so my opinion has...

    tradestation v. tos

You cannot say whether some package is comprehensive or not if you don't know what the requirements are. For me, TOS is comprehensive, and I think that Platinum and Optionvue are way overpriced. So there you go! Does that help you?

    Good paper trading stimulator...

Paper trading is not gonna do you any good because paper trading and trading with real money are two completely different games. It's like day and night in terms of psychology! Noone is gonna take you more seriously just because you paper traded for a few weeks.

    Options Software

I can't comment on IB's option tools as I don't use IB, maybe someone else will. However, once again, don't rush in to spending $$$ on software packages or education, first use all the free sources that are available!

    Options Software

If you are just beginning then I would strongly discourage you from spending loads of money on options software, which may have questionable value to you either now or later down the road. In my view, Optionvue is unecessary, at least at this stage of your "career". If I were you I'd get...

    Options Software

The major difference is backtesting. You cannot backtest with Hoadley, but you can with optionvue. I think it should boil down to what you need!

    Long dated options help

Unless you are talking significant size, I seriously doubt anyone is gonna bother with it. And there's no way to synthetically create a long term option out of short term ones. You best bet is to buy TBT, as mentioned, or keep rolling short term positions.

info for ETF's on ANY softs or grains ???

As long as it is an genuine ETF structure it shouldn't be an issue. The problem I mentioned above is applicable specifically to those issued by etfsecurities, since those are not exchange-traded funds, but exchange-traded notes. It has nothing to do with other ETFs. DBA, which is a US ETF, is...

is Fx trading truly 24 hour?

Also, as far as I know (but I may wrong), it's not really 7 days a week, since there's a time between the close of New York on Friday and open in Asia on Monday, when no trading takes place.

info for ETF's on ANY softs or grains ???

In the US you have DBA, which is corn, wheat, soybeans and sugar. In Europe you have etfsecurities.com, which have a whole range of commodities. One aspect to keep in mind is that these are not classical ETFs, but notes, as in debt instruments, and some of them have credit risk. For example...
