I don’t think there’s much difference from the course(s) then what you get on YouTube. The strategies themselves are generic ones (at least nowadays) - engulfing candles, narrow range breakouts/downs, etc. I can’t speak for his private courses/mentorship, but IMHO what he teaches is Price Action.

Did you check how it’s configured? You are probably using “max fill” so it’s sending to highest volume venue

When is the right time? When vol is low?

I am always fascinated with people who can make consistent profits BUYING options. I found below videos very interesting. If you guys have any good resources on gamma scalping (or reverse gamma scalping), please share.

I don’t normally enjoy hypothetical discussions, but I think this one has a few interesting points to think about. I picked up some new insights.

My problem (may not bother you though) is that if market corrects 10/15/20% and I get stuck with all my capital, I won’t be able to sell more puts and selling calls so far OTM will not bring enough. So my only income would be dividends. Sometimes you may not see new highs for years or decades...

Have you thought of splitting up your sells? For example selling 1/4 worth of 30 DTE puts every week(or 1/8 60DTE, etc). This way you have puts at different strikes as the market moves around. I think it gives a bit more flexibility.

So what percentage of the account will you allocate to premium selling? Are you going to sell 450k worth of (close to) ATM puts every week or month?

I don’t get it, your idea of enjoying retirement is to actively manage money? Why not just buy and hold?
