Maaaaan hellmans just has an extra flavor...it's like mayo concentrate or something. Plus, I usually just use mayo for other things and don't eat it straight, ex: spicy mayo for Tuna or sushi, honey mustard, deviled eggs etc...where you just need that creamy fat.
