Don't forget that a good strategy is to sometimes "straddle" with your options. Make sure liquidity is good, too. Loose spreads can also be a problem. Remember to keep slippage to a minimum as well.

If you do, make sure he doesn't pull out to quickly from the trade. Ride the profits for all they are worth -- and hedge against any unwanted new commodities.
