I use market and stops. Rarely ever a limit. Limit can only mean one thing -- either I am entering against the market or cutting my exit short. The liquidity is good enough for market. At least for my whopping size of one contract.

What would happen is, if you had set limits and they got hit, Jasper would still show you in the market when in fact TWS would be flat. You would hear the ding, though. The trouble would lie in thinking it hadn't done anything and then exiting manually, where you would be flat in Jasper but...

The bug will only affect you if you set a limit or stop within Jasper and the market hits it. TWS will clear but Jasper doesn't clear the contract out. It is easily noticeable but wanted to make sure everyone was warned. I am so sorry Mr. Subliminal. I don't know what to say. :(

DO NOT USE JASPER FOR REAL TRADING. There is a bug that will show you in the market when you are really flat. Or worse, show that you are flat when you are in the market. I will fix this. Thank you inandlong for finding this out. Please only beta-test this in the IB DEMO. Thanks.

Glad to see it is installing correctly on people's machines. MSFT can be a real pain in the a$$ trying to get their installer package to work flawlessly.

I'm not begging anyone to try it out -- it is just an alternative to using TWS's system for e-mini trading.

There are known issues with the program, but you may experiment using it with IB's Demo program. It will work with the live version as well, although I CANNOT be held responsible for any losses incurred due to irregular program operation. If you are using it to trade live and it crashes...

Pitt resigned before the move? So wouldn't that possibly make Pitt a good reason why futures are up (besides elections)? I can't get a clue because they are too expensive -- I'm too busy helping to pay your salary.
