    Do you own anything you can sell or borrow against? Sell everything you own, max out your credit cards, cash in your life insurance, borrow from friends and family. Get a Canadian address and open an account. No PDT rule. If you want it bad enough there is a way.

    But you have to deal with the public. What if you had a complete A-Hole for a costomer? What if he comes around each day and tells you that it's impossible to make money with a hamburger stand? How do you handle a situation like that? Probably drive you to daytrading.:)
