To simply say that batteries don't function well outside of 40-80F is demonstrably false. You didn't even mention which battery technology you are talking about - there are many currently and more to come. That's a function of battery capacity, there is no inherent limitation with electric cars...

Are you sure that the .7603 order is yours? The reason I ask is that many a times I have seen bots that will front-run your orders - you place an order at .76, it places an order at .7603; you cancel your order - it cancels its order, rinse and repeat.

AFAIK, YM is electronically traded only. Not sure why it is relevant that there are pit-traded DJ futures contracts (that are not YM) If I am following a YM system that uses hard stops then I expect that anyone following such a system would place a stop market order and thus overnight trades...
