I was able to copy all the data from one hard drive with two partitions(one is boot) to a bigger boot HD, using acronis true image home soft. but I was unable to clone second HD(one partition) on a same new hard drive(I create 3 partitions on it, using Powerquest partition magic). Next time...

i think -it's depend on where you are from. for US residents it take 15-20 min to open IB account.procedure is easy,everything done online.

you can use DDE with excel and create basically you own front end.
