what kind of "strategy" required >50 modifications or place\submit orders per second?:confused: yes, number of messages via API cannot exceed 50. if it's home made application-you can use timer to reduce this number and keep it below 50 per sec.i use similar approach, when i request quotes...

yeah, i would start from visual inspection,memtest,CPU temp test and PSU change.buy one at the staples or best buy, try it, see if it solve the problem, then return back to store. same for memory:)

the heat most likely coming from inverter. imo-just like power supply for computer inverter can be more or less efficient. i have few 19" hanns-G's + 205bw samsung's. they all absolutely cold. also -great source of heat is computer PSU. specially those, with efficiency <70%. here is good...
