the question is lame to begin with...what did you trade?did you make any money on those 400+ trades? if you do-then your broker should provide you some tax forms.didn't they? what do you have?

i certainly can qualify anywhere anytime with FICO score >830 and have no problem to put 10-20% down. but i do have problem with property taxes,like it was mentioned above. in our area, on new condo(starts @ 500K!) my taxes will be 15K a year.15! add utilities,condo fees..man..who can afford this?

i hate all of them, because they all released before they ever tested. we are IB's guinea pigs. it looks like they don't have QA dept at all... get use to it or leave. that's IB policy. i personally prefer last one from my "favored" forced update and i stick with it until next forced update.
