You not even remotely disclose what are your "Price Driver" signals really based on, but ask others to explain you objective profitable pattern in details, correct? :D

Purpose of the question was to clarify what you mean by "valid signal". Let me rephrase it: can your PD signal be still valid if price traveled some amount in you direction already? Asking cause you seem to mostly fade the momentum. How do you know there is no empirical evidence? Seriously...

That's where the flaw is in your theory. You believe that pre-trade action is valid while past-trade action is not. But in reality ANY objective information you see and are able to analyze is past, never a future (unless you are a psychic/prophet who can read it :) ). Series of past trades...

Fundamentally you may be right. Eventually if they sign the deal, markets probably like it. However, TA is a great tool, much better than FA. You miss the very profitably part of the game by denying TA, Surf.

Have seen very bright quants blow up, fundamental investors blow up... never seen an experienced and consistent TA trader blow up due to her own actions...

Probably lack of self-confidence makes those people question others as well. Those who are successful know the feeling and hardly ever criticize other winners. :)

Easily can be wrong, no biggie. TA traders don't pretend to possess some secret always right method. Just odds say this or that and I do this or that. That's how I make a living. :)
