The basis would be the same as trading your 'noise'...look for a pattern of up/down gaps and place a bet it would continue in that direction.....

Just as in trading your so called 'noise' ....you are either right or you get stopped out ( not really wrong, but not right ) ....you can do the same trading these so called noiseless gaps.....

I dont know about tradable ( your meaning of it ) but using the example above had you positioned yourself in the direction of the gap ( up or down ) you would make money ( ie. tradable in my opiinion ) ..... no??? In fact the lack of 'noise' would make it quite easier to trade.....no??
