    Daytraders only

I've been daytrading since 1999. I love daytrading stocks and ETFs. I do both day and swing trades, as many as 40-60/day. Lessons learned: It's smart to focus mainly on small under 10% gap continuations above pd high Use combination of both trailing and hard stops Charts $10 - $40...

Dr. Birx Reportedly Believes Coronavirus Death Toll Inflated By Up To 25%

Literally lol thx Deaths so far are a fraction of what's to come in fall, exactly like Spanish flu. Models are being revised upwards regularly because nobody is following cdc guidelines. Millions will die worldwide within a year and likely 400k in usa by end of year.

Bear Winning, up $857 today trading TVIX UVXY SRTY -- go bears (^-^)

Good job! I never regret taking profits. I'm finding SOXS SQQQ weakest of inverses since tech and semis are cvid friendly, so not as good as small cap TZA SRTY, finance bear FAZ and VIX etns UVXY TVIX fwiw. Great to talk trading with you, thanks -- you know trading.

Bear Winning, up $857 today trading TVIX UVXY SRTY -- go bears (^-^)

Hi, good question.... I'm not a futures trader, though that's worth considering. I sold some of my inverses yesterday after the bell yesterday and sold much of what's left today premkt, will scale back into inverses if they break out today. Hafez thanks re nudge to book short profits early...

Futures traders: how consistently does overnight bias hold?

Futures traders: how consistently does overnight bias hold?

Thanks -- very helpful! Good to know re fair value and all the other tips. Even a slight edge would help re how to trade long vs short bias ETFs aftermarket for overnight hold, based on futures strength/fv to anticipate next day gap direction. Trying to figure out what edge we might get...

Futures traders: how consistently does overnight bias hold?

Hey futures traders, can you help with this? My question: how consistently, if at all do tonight's futures bias hold into tomorrow's open? I'm assuming the larger the point value the more likely it is to hold, barring contrary headlines. For example when I look at cnbc.com tonight and it...

Dr. Birx Reportedly Believes Coronavirus Death Toll Inflated By Up To 25%

I agree numbers are very inaccurate. What do you think of using actual "excess deaths " to measure? It looks at difference between last year total vs this year https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2020/05/05/us/coronavirus-death-toll-us.html

I Got this one wrong guys.....

Great point... especially true with vix etns like TVIX, it's "buy the dip, sell the rip" to take the money and run. Like when I sold it for long term swing at 940 earlier, takin' that bacon. And you're exactly right, I routinely kick myself when I don't book early profits, only to see it...

I Got this one wrong guys.....

Excellent point, agree.... likely a zigzag grind down at best, thx. I did well today in SRTY UVXY etc but rather than hold all overnight I sold some aftermarket to lock in profits. Your earlier point re not strong trend yet is well said, so I decided to take some profits rather than risk...

Buying inverses premkt today 11May -- go Bears

Wrong, I said I follow the SPY chart not the es in my charting software, that's all I said, look at my post. I don't use the es chart because I'm not a futures trader, the SPY chart is identical. And I trade in my SEP to simplify taxes -- sheesh. Ok I'll take a colleague's advice and just...

Buying inverses premkt today 11May -- go Bears

I'm referring to what I follow in my charts, the SPY vs /es, though both obviously look the same. They aren't the same instrument, etf vs futs contract. Seriously don't you have anything better to do than troll me with incorrect dumbassery,? Welcome to ignore lol...
