fwiw I like to day trade the open, and 3-4pm on volatile days. I make swing trading stop-out decisions premkt and scaling in/out trades 3:30-4pm

Recently we've been seeing many reversals from premkt til midday... any thoughts on avoiding whipsaws? Often they occur premkt, near the open, 10AM, midday, and/or eod. I follow SPY carefully premkt for gap reversals
