IB has an outstanding demo/sim platform. I believe that this process should be Sim/demo mode using typical size until you're consistent, or can double your sim account Then at least a few months live trading small size live until consistent Then gradually scale up

I could be wrong but I think markets will bounce a bit this week if stimulus bill passes, then drop into the election. Then if Biden wins, a brief relief rally followed by strong end of year selloff. The full scope of covid plus high taxes from Biden may cause a downturn most likely.

That type of analysis is very useful, if consistent. It would be great to see if it works by sector and/or price range of stocks, or adapt parameters as needed.
