been reading that debit spreads do NOT require margin...is there any really money to be made with these trades?
Example of debit spread:
buy 10 QQQQ calls @ 50 strike
sell 10 QQQQ calls @ 55 strike
anyone do this NO margin required options trading?
huh...if IB closes out all FX trades on Friday and you are already in this short position and IB is gonna close it out today...how will this position be open on Sunday for you to close it out?

no...have never done this...also, FYI, when talking Crude Oil futures spreads...talking about trading an actual spread contract and not making your own "spread" by trading long/short 2 various CL contracts...I.E. Buy CL Jan10 and Short CL Feb 10
yes Sir...I understand that FTSE is on LIFFE and DAX is on Eurex...BUT...my question is this to clarify...if you were going to trade the DAX vs FTSE...what exchange would you prefer to trade it on?...through LIFFE or EUREX?
