agreed...revenge trading has been perhaps my greatest weakness over the years trading futures. Today at least, I waited for good set-ups to enter trades...I believe I am truly learning...thanks FPlace

I do actually agree...but...at least I start fresh tomorrow ahead $$ of where I started today and not $100-$200 down...

just got +2 on SF....man, at 3:06pm EST looks like TF wanting to break 683 and SF break .9332...thoughts, short them?

I couldn't leave well enough alone...got back trading today and... -5 CAD -2 Soybeans +.80 TF *chased Soybeans again..seem to always lose on soybeans trades *sold CAD at bottom...thought was going to 'drop through the floor'...did not **hmmm on TF...very interesting...got +2.1 total...

today... +3 CAD +.50 TF wasn't pretty but it's green $$$ :)

if you personally where going to trade basically the first 10-15 minutes of RTH open 9:30-9:45am...what would it be for you?

you know, I agree with you...if...my trading method was to be looking at the terminal all day, for all the hours of RTH etc...but, since I cannot, I have to find a different approach...perhaps focusing in on certain timeframes and perhaps more than one contract...again, this is a 'work in...

first thing first: find your passion and then find a way to work your passion into profits. Anyone can just go to school or just get a job. Over the long haul, if you aint pursuing your passion you will never have the real energy needed to achieve.

I had noticed that the TF has been leading the ES, NQ, YM over the days. TF also lead yesterday. Thought TF was due for an early morning RTH open pullback. Noticed that YM was struggling to hit earlier high and TF was even weaker than YM early at RTH open. Looked like heading to go below...

I actually did have sound reasonings (at least as I saw it) for getting in and out of this trade...will post chart and reasonings when get some time here later...
