    Rush returns Monday

Yeah, I guess it was out of line. I was ribbing AAA for his references to various regimes' hardline tactics of suppression. Facetiousness doesn't translate into print. Sorry AAA.

Naz comp. See how it broke the 50 dma on 10-24, and recovered, also hold its long term trendline? (You can't on this reproduction but just go to your own chart and you will see it clearly.) It did the same thing today. Similar hammer candlestick too. SHows you buyers are sitting and waiting...

This lost and then recovered its breakout from early Oct. by closing above 40. Tomorrow should be interesting for this bellwhether. Today's intrady chart is a nice inverted H&S Again, a stock that broke its 50 day sma intraday and made a good recovery.

I posting a few charts of stocks that have high RS vs. the SP500 for 1 year and that painted bullish hammers today. The idea is that the weak hands were forced out during the selloff of the last few days, resulting in a short term capitulation folowed by a either vigorous short covering/ new...

Today might be the first shot across the bow that the 8 month rally's days are numbered more resolutely. Thus far, there is a 90% down in volume, and I have never seen a 90% down day in volume but not points. I will perform an analysis of NYSE, NAZ, RUSSELL 2000 at the end of the day. I...

The mounting death toll in Iraq: When does the public say..."enough is enough"?

1-3 is probably true, but no one in Wash. DC really gives a damn about the Iraqis other than to use their plight as a justification for interention. Perhaps you are a true humanitarian warrior, in which case get busy: you have 50 countries to invade to elliminate gross human rights violations.

Bush Disapproval Rating on Iraq Exceeds 50% in Poll

Obviously Rumsfeld and Bush never saw the movie "Earthquake". If they had, they would have remembered Marjoe Gortner's character: "Get those looters" BANG! Now Reagan would have remembered and would have gotten those looters! One thing about Ronnie and his boys, they didn't fuck with us...

Cost of the War in Iraq

Let's say that at one hummer a day, and we will be generous in the amount of time for the hummer, say, 30 minutes, that still gave Clinton plenty of time to be President. What's the use of being the most powerful man in the world if you can't get a hummer on demand?

Cost of the War in Iraq

Is this your prose, or are you quoting someone? How do you know that there is less talk of this kind within the mosques? Maybe a lot of Iraqis like Iranian TV, like the the Iraqi Shiites. The Allied forces have media in Iraq. Are you suggesting we should have taken over a significant...

I hope you do too. I allocate about 10-20k per position depending on the volatility of the issue. Daytrades, which I do not include in this thread, I treat differently, but I am no longer so active in that sphere. My entries are listed on the spreadsheet as "Price". I should have called that...

This is at a juncture. at the 50% line (41)and the flattening 200 ema(39.40). The 200 sma (36) roughly coincides now with the 61.8% line (34). THe possibilites include 1) Apathy and a meandering with no significant volatility. I doubt this. 2) and orderly exit and continued downtrend...
