Hello, Does someone knows how protection of personal assets works in UK Law? I am trading through a Swiss "LLC" ( SARL ) with a UK clearing firm...I have never signed any kind of personal guarantee( although I had in the past at US brokers ...) and my personal name never appears in the contract...

It dépends on the trade. Most of the time I have something like a 1/1 risk/reward. I try to make between 10 and 30 ticks and I exit when I have lost the same...As I said I am usually too early so I can't have a stop too close:)
