Really true... I am with TS for a long time now, and data quality is the only real problem that would need to be resolved, instead of creating new crappy indicators, templates, features...

I watched the T§S for ES and the algo/ fat finger/ whatever bought and sold large market orders in the same second, removing really large sizes and driving prices a lot outside fair value. Bids and asks didn't really update before the market was back at fair value and the guy for sure...

And what kind of program produces a spike on wheat when there is one on ES?

What??? You have 75 K left to trade 10 lots of ER2? If that's not gambling... You have to trade 1 lot... Period... whatever your remaining capital is.

Yes, I agree with you... indexes and interest rates can be linked in a spike, but not ags... It must be related to some kind of error, whether it's a HF bot went crazy or a big broker/clearing agent system ... It will be costly...LOL... Be sure some kind of institution will go down... Waiting...

On Nuclearphynance website, some quant/trader stated that his institution has been able to crack eurex platform to get stop placement and use it in a trading black box that had more than 10 M in edge every year. The system was just placing limit orders to cover where the stops would be touched...

I use TradeStation and Interactive brokers to trade ags. They're not that bad( TS has some datas issues but the software is better than TWS for IB ). Both offers 3 $ per side on average, a little less for ICE products( ib ). I think Open e Cry is good too and has better rates.

I sometimes trade rice and watch it real-time , and there has been unusual activity for 2 weeks now on the short side. It seems artificial... I don't know if it's for profit taking or shorting but there are guys looking for big sizes to the downside.
