yes ... IB is terrible ... excuse me while I count some more hundred $$$ bills in profits from trading before I deposit them into my bank account all this mind you from having the forsight to have opened up an account with IB thanks IB !!! :p

hi austin ... I agree with you except that there is alot less pressure in trading once contract than 10 no matter what the market

I agree with the gentleman who suggested "blowup alert" coming ... more than the other gentleman who suggested trading 10 contracts at a time is no big deal unless one has really really "mastered" the market they are trading or found an "edge" that is working enough to do size plus...

had a decent week ... .my acct was down 2 % in the beg. of the week but by the end of the week it was up 5 % :)

the major market averages have come off ... but nothing so far to write home about softee printing $29.15 in AH trades now

unless you work at a bank dealing metals on the comex floor you probably will not get this "squawk box" a side note ... just saw this headline today -NYMEX Sets Gold Futures Open Interest Record-

just make sure your broker provides "both" exchanges and perhaps even a backup "pit" option ( i.e. the ECBOT might have gone "down" for 30 seconds but with comex "up" one had a way to buy or sell gold )

perhaps this data ( CL ) would be more useful if one took into consideration the USO ( oil ETF ) and the WTI contract as well as the QM

interesting action today on comex ... as silver market opened someone went high bid @ $14.03 for only 300 contracts in march 2007 futures duh .... we went higher after this size stayed on the bid ~ later in the day we came off and even settled on Comex under $14.00 figure ... but...

well it seems like on valentines day ... anybody buying silver for their sweetie ... will have to pay over $14.00 spot again ! ( at least for this am ) :)

silver ... funny ... when it is strong ... it is really strong and of course when it is weak ... it can be reallt weak today it is strong up 18 cents presently

now prices are unchanged to a tad higher I wonder what volume has been if we really went $10-11 lower and back to unchanged in 24 hours in spot market with futures closed
