hi 4XIS4U what trading experience in general do you have are you an active daytrader of stocks or something else like currencies ? do you ever hold positions overnight or for weeks at a time ?

using one variation of pivots has helped me become a better trader but I do at times have to "tweak" the numbers when battling the "BOTS" :p

you know what ... your pop is smart ! you might not believe me but not everyone needs to start trading in their teens and become a rich man and make the top traders under 30 yr old list in order to be happy in life perhaps you can try to cut back your trading and concentrate on making...

why not ask your dad if you can summer intern somewhere ( let him cover the cost of your food and lodging ) with his money and contacts he has made over the yrs it shoulf not be too hard ... unless he really does not want you to follow in his footsteps ... and that is not such a bad thing...

had a losing week but it feels like a win to me lost 1/2 % for the week but early in the week was down a couple of percent so a moral victory for me now if only my head cold would get better :p

yipeee ... my "junk silver" ( USA 90 % and 40 % silver ) coins are up today nice ! of course I should have hedged some of my physical when silver was $15.75-16.25 a month ago :(

rollover week in the metals ... expect some volatility as the specs etc move their positions to FEB 2008

rollover week in metals ... expect more volatility as people rollover their positions to MAR 2008 from DEC 2007

to the plus side approx 6 1/2 % in my main trading acct ( the other acct ... is for the most part inactive ) hope everyone had a happy thanksgiving and gave thanks in some fashion if they had a good week :cool:
