who trade overseas or outside of regular market hours? do you still see NBBO for Instinet from 3 am EST ? I no longer see or can execute against Instinet at those times. have to wait until 7:10 am to use this ECN :(

IB is down for reset now in USA but you can contact them by either live chat or just call them in H.K. if you have a question you need resolved

pick tomm 's range for me in SIRI and pick the weeks range too while you are at it :D
