Im looking at some new Sony Vio's and would put my old Matrox cards in them to use for trading. The Sony's have a power supply of 250 and someone told me that may not be enough. Anyone know of a good off the shelf computer that would work? Or if this one would. Thanks Brandon

I would also add Ari Kievs A Plan for Daily Living. Not really a trading book, but I think its his best work and will definatly apply to trading well (and life in general) for anyone who bothers to take a few hours to read it.

I tend to do a lot of my own trading in very thin stocks, and I must say that I get fucked over a lot more on the nasdaq then I do on the nyse or amex. I tend to like the specialist system myself better then the nasdaq, but im a hick too and we dont like change :D Brandon

if your trying to trade with 30K I would guess your not making much of a living at trading. Its a good number to start with, but thats it.
