"pinging" ib, all the #'s I see are 10ms or under. I guess that is decent?? Or is it the last number that is important (TTL)? I'm on optimum online too. 10 hops, each 10ms or less. So thats about 100ms total?

Has anyone experienced an inability to join strategies via drag and drop? All of a sudden it's stopped working, Robert says he's never encountered this error before. The join strategy option is checked under the system options meun. All other functions seem to be fine except this one.
