It's definitely not an exchange problem, as said, realtick/TS are fine. The issue affects all futures quotes (don't know about stocks as I don't have them up) regardless of exchange -- they all update like once every 3-4 secs.

I've had this problem since June, but today has been unusually bad. Usually the quotes stagger through every 10 secs or so, so it's bearable as long as you're not scalping. But today is ridiculous. BTW, Realtick running smooth this whole time.
