Reshorted at an avg. price of 1.2085 with 8 pips tight stop. Chinook Covered at 1.2073. The move went 10 more pips after I went flat. I'll wait for a 14-18 pips rebound and reshort around 1.2075-1.2080.

This morning has been better than the usual this week. After the 830 EST spike, I shorted at 1.2102 and covered at 1.2084. The day's still young hopefully we'll see some more decent moves later on. Bonds are recovering, oil's down. Looks like a mixed bag to me right now. Chinook

It was a flat day for me. In a sense it was good since the intraday eurusd chart looked very ugly. I'm still short (1.2081) with a stop little bit over 1.21. Chinook

I'm still debating about it. I don't think we'll see a sustaining upwards move within the next 7-8 hours. I want to put a stop little bit over 1.21 but that might get whipped. I don't want to risk more than 20 pips. Chinook

krupkinm, Are you still in the Aussie trade? Are you going to hold it overnight? I might take this short to the next session. Things didn't go as wished (no downward trend later in the session) but 1.21 in EurUsd seems to be a decent cap to the upside for now. Chinook

I did some bad things and pushed back my stop seeing that Eur is popping without rest of the market not changing that much. Sometimes this happens before a major move. You get an out of the blue counter move then the real move comes. I call this phenomena the "last assault". Chinook

I can get the quotes from my broker IB. I also have real-time subscription for CME products through Tradestation. I don't have NYMEX subscription but CME has e-mini oil (base symbol QM). Chinook
