every time you do something with TWS that cause spike in CPU usage up to 100% (open charts for example) and your system freezes because of it-TWS clock got out of sync with PC clock. i think later TWS sync itself back with PC clock again.

i have same expirience. never been filled by TMBR to open position,but when stoppped or @ exit filled by TMBR-in short term at least, price go opposite way 90% of time. if i sell to close my long and order filled by TMBR-generally stock price will go higher.

yes they do. pretty much everything more than 3% away is in question. and you never know when trade can be reversed. i know few people,who been burned very badly over those erroneous trades

exchange can do pretty much what they want. forget about the rules,settelment stuff. they can go against their own rules. happends all the time. i remember few months ago there is error on nasdaq around 9:45am . they keep busting trades weeks after it happends,even their policy says 30 minutes...
