No, I mean I'm doing automated trading and want to know what kind of issues could cause me to lose a trade which could put my entire string of trades in jeopardy and cost me money, how I can avoid those kinds of issues, etc ... and your post is not the least bit helpful. That's what I mean.

Have you considered back testing the idea to see what it yields ? Back testing has a lot of faults because it is only looking at historical data ... and like they say, it's no guarantee of future results, but it's usually better than nothing.
