you dont need to have a series 3 to manage money through a managed account setup do you... where someone links there account to yours.. and oanda makes the payments to you...????? i looked it up and didnt see anything.

um y trade fx with prop you can get leverage anywhere.. that abotu the only real thing they provide... they charge you for a desk and computer and software.. and training requirements sometimes no reason to trade fx with a prop it costs more
