Just to throw this in, this is the main reason you should ALWAYS have a backup broker (or two) who trade the same things as your main broker (so you can at least hedge your open positions).

Weird, when wheat was limit up it still showed quotes. Then again I only looked during the overnight session, maybe the day session is different? I'm showing a few random trades between 1393 and 1400 (using IB prices) but I'm not showing bid or ask right now.

Realistically though, how long before you're likely to get audited? I'm not worried about fraud, I just want to avoid the hassle.

Anyone know how long after you file you can expect to be in the clear? Will you get audited usually within 2-3 months, or will they get you a year later?
