Commodities should not mess with King $ when it's making new highs every day. Some swing traders are looking at DXY @ 88 some time this year. Thankfully I do not have to look that far out.

So A up in DXY finally showed it's hand . They took it to 103.40 and 30 minutes later all bullish candles were GONE (lol). Nice failed A up.

One just have to know the rules really well.

Damn this time indicator turned out to be right in terms of holding little bit longer (lol). Who says trading CL is not like playing a VIDEO game.

Got stopped out 102.57. short 102.58 and cover 102.16. Once a level gets broken , it becomes resistance . Daily support is 102-08-101.90, so glad to cover 102.18. It can go down but it can also bounce to 102.94 , daily pivot area.

When CL fails to take out a level like 103.40 , it's back to scene of crime. Long 102.66. stop loss 102.57. We are into pit close, anything can happen.

out 103.28. Can not tell if accumulation or distribution going on in here.

Long 102.62 out 103.10 and holding some in case 103.40 gets taken out. I am not sure why 102.60 became a support after initial sell off. All i know ACD gave 102.60 as a good reference point. I am in RCG camp. Trading to me is gambling but trade location takes gambling part away quite a...

cover last short 102.74. In case one is not counting- CL has moved from 9 am opening bell 380 ticks. and No i did not get enough considering the opportunities presented from the opening bell..

LOL. What I meant to say ( which you did nicely) is that after i have done my analysis, i take the trade without looking at market internals, indicators etc.. I was confused as i see traders looking at ticks, market internals etc.. all the time. I do look at them to gauge whether it's going...

Thanks. So basically one take the trade with stop loss and see what happens? I do it in CL all the time but was not sure about ES. I just place my order ( this is away from news etc time period) with stop loss and watch. It either works or does not.
